摘要: <正> 本文研究用TBP-聚四氟乙烯反相分配色层分离法制取无载体~(111)Ag_0采用盐酸体系低酸度下吸附银、高酸度下解吸,获得满意结果。 制备方法:称取相当于250mgPd的氯化钯,密封于石英安瓿中,在原子能研究所反应堆中辐照;热中子通量1×10~(13)n/cm~2·s,辐照68小时,冷却25天后打开石英安瓿,用1N HCl溶解,取相当于50mgPd的溶液,小心蒸发至干,并用0.075N HCl溶解、稀释至10ml,在Abstract: A simple and rapid method is presented for the preparation of carrier-free 111Ag from neutron irradiated palladium by TBP-polytetrafluoroethylene powder reversed-phase extraction chromatography. The separation is based on the adsorption of silver activity from dilute hydrochloric acid and subsequent elution with concentrated hydrochloric acid. More than 95% silver activities can be recovered. The gamma peaks confirm to literature values.
