Pt—C—PTFE疏水性催化剂的H_2O—H_2同位素交换研究

    STUDY OF T-H ISOTOPE EXCHANGE BETWEEN H_2-H_2O BY Pt-C-PTFE HYDROPHOBIC CATALYST

    • 摘要: 本文简要介绍了Pt-C-PTFE疏水性催化剂的制备方法,采用此种催化剂进行了T-H交换实验,得到催化活性与温度、氢气流速的关系。同时对气/液并流和气/汽并流交换实验作了比较,后者活性大大高于前者。此外,在疏水性催化济中加入适量亲水性载体,可以大大提高催化剂的交换效率。

       

      Abstract: In this paper the preparation of Pt-C-PTFE hydrophobic catalyst is described. The experiments of T-H isotope exchange between H2/H2O by Pt-C-PTFE hydrophobic catalyst were carried out at 30℃,50c℃ and 75℃ respectively. Within the limits (9.65-38.22) cm/s catalystic activity increases with increase of hydrogen flow rate. Catalystic activity at 50℃ is optimum. Catalystic activity of this catalyst between gas-liquid is larger than that between gas-vapour. Mixture of the hydrophobic catalyst with hydrophilic filler in the bed can improve hydrogen isotope exchange.
