复相体系同位素交换的研究——热液熔融快速标记法

摘要: <正> 随着短寿命核素标记的需要,当前世界各国正在不断地发展各种快速简易的标记方法,近年来在熔融标记法的基础上正在探索一种新的快速交换法——热液熔融法(HydrothermalMelt Method)。本文研究了热液熔融法在胆固醇、玫瑰红、马尿酸和脂肪酸四种放射性药物标记中的应用并讨论了在热液熔融状态下,复相同位素交换反应的动力学规律,实验结果表明:Abstract: In this paper the label-ling of four radiopharmaceuticals, 6-Iodocholesterol, o-Iodohippuric acid, Rosebengal and fatty acid is accomplished with hydrothermal melt method. The kinetic of heterogeneous isotopic exchange reaction in hydrothermal melt state is studied and the results show that this labelling methd gives high yield, rapid rate and good purity.
