Al_2O_3-阴离子交换双柱色层法分离高纯度的~(99)Mo(F.P.)

    SEPARATION OF FISSION PRODUCT 99Mo OF HIGH PURITY BY DOUBLE COLUMN CHROMATOGRAPHY.

    • 摘要: <正> 本文报道采用Al_2O_3-阴离子交换双柱色层法,从铀-235裂变产物中分离医用~(99)Mo(F.P.)的条件。在保证~(99)Mo(F.P.)具有较高纯度和收率情况下,重点研究了~(99)Mo的吸附、解吸以及杂质核素的洗涤条件。

       

      Abstract: 99Mo (F.P.) of high purity for medical use is separated rapidly from a mixture of fission products of 235U by means of A12O3 and anion exchange resin columns. The effects of flow rate of moving phase on the recovery of "Mo (F.P.) are investigated in detail. Under the conditions selected, the time for the separation of 99Mo(F.P.) is about 3-4 hours with a recovery of 50-55%. The radionuclidic purity of daughter nuclide 99mTc conforms to standards of European Pharmacopoeia 1981.
