铀-苦杏仁酸-乙基紫多元配合物分光光度法测定微量铀

    SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF URANIUM WITH MANDELIC ACID AND ETHYL VIOLET

    • 摘要: <正> 用偶氮胂Ⅲ和偶氮氯膦Ⅲ试剂测定铀,或灵敏度低,或需萃取,操作麻烦。用三苯甲烷类染料测定铀已有研究,以苦杏仁酸做配位体,以三苯甲烷类染料做显色剂测定硼和锑有过报道。我们在此基础上研究了铀-苦杏仁酸-乙基紫体系,铀-苦杏仁酸-乙基紫可形成离子缔合物,在非离子表面活性剂存在下,溶于胶束中,因此可在水相直接测定微量铀,其摩尔吸光系数ε=1.4×10~5cm~(-1)·1·mol~(-1),铀含量在0.1-0.75μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈线性关系。我们还研究了干扰离子的影响,并测定了合成样品中微量铀,结果满意。

       

      Abstract: A new simple sensitive and selective method for the spectrophotometric determination of uranium is described. The complex exhibits maximum absor-bance at 595 nm, with a molar absorptivity of 1 .4×106cm-1·1·mol-1. The system obeys Beer's law in the concentration range of 4.2×10-7-3.2×10-6 mol/1 uranium. The method is applied to the determination of micro uranium in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
