THE STUDY OF A SERIES OF ~(113)mIn-BAT COMPLEXES——BIODISTRIBUTION, THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STRUCTURE AND PARTITION COEFFICIENT

  • 摘要: 通过研究~(113m)In-BAT系列配合物在动物体内的分布及其分配系数(正辛醇/水),结果表明,随着分配系数的增大,心肌吸取量(注射后2min)也相应提高。同时还找到一些定量关系,为设计新的显像剂提供依据。
    Abstract: In a study of the animal distribution of a series of 113mIn-BAT complexes, it is found that myocardial uptake increases with a rise in partition coefficient. Some quantitative relationships between structure and partition coefficient are found and the results may be used to design new and ideal imaging agents for heart or brain.
