~(212)Pb-~(212)Bi发生器的分离研究

    SEPARATION STUDIES OF ~(212)Pb-~( 212)Bi RADIONUCLIDIC GENERATOR

    • 摘要: 研究了Th~(4+)在水合钛酸钠上的吸附行为和Pb(+2),Bi~(3+)在离子交换树脂上的吸附、解吸,并用小柱实验从~(228)Th里分离出~(212)Pb,~(212)Bi,从~(212)Pb里分离出~(212)Bi,测量了~(212)Bi的α和γ谱,按照所研究的分离方法可制成用于放射免疫治疗的~(212)Pb-~(212)Bi发生器。

       

      Abstract: Adsorption behavior of Th4+ ions on hydrous sodium titanate (STB) and separation conditions of Pb2+ and Bi3+ on cation- and anion-exchange have been studied in inorganic acid medium of low acidity. Distribution coefficient for Th4 + ions on STB amounts to 106 and quantitative separation of Pb-Bi pair can be obtained. Radiochemical separations of 212Pb from 228Th and 212Bi from 212Pb have been carried out using column experiment. And, from α- and γ-spectra of the eluate samples decontamination factor for 228Th and radionuclidic purity of 212Bi product are determined to be 104 and 97.3%, respectively. The experimental results can be used to prepare 212Pb- 212Bi generator for nuclear medicine therapy.
