摘要: <正> 自旋俘获法(Spin Trapping)是研究生物短寿命自由基及其反应的一项新技术。一般是在常温下γ辐照含有生物分子和自旋俘获剂的水溶液,所产生的生物分子瞬时自由基立即被俘获剂捕捉形成长寿命自由基加合物,测定该加合物的ESR波谱,可以鉴别和分析生物分子自由基的特性。因此设想,将某种化学物质加入该体系中,可能改变辐射产生生物自由Abstract: DTT is scavenger of H2O free radical (OH, H and eaq) and can markedly decrease the yields of radiation-induced radical of dT (Thymidine). MISO is a transfer carrier of eaq in aqueous solution, hence it can expand the radius of action of eaq, and can increase the yields of dT free radical.
