冠醚分离铈、铀同位素

    ISOTOPE SEPARATION OF CERIUM AND URANIUM WITH CROWN ETHERS

    • 摘要: <正> 在不变价同位素分离体系中,大环聚醚体系具有比其它体系大得多的同位素效应。这已为Li,Na,Ca同位素的分离结果所证实。目前,大环聚醚分离Li同位素的研究工作正在向实用阶段发展,而大环聚醚分离更重同位素的研究却未见报道。同时,随着核电的发展,对动力堆用低浓铀燃料的需求不断增加。在生产低浓铀的各种方法中,化学法有其独特的优点和潜在的竞争性,不变价态的化学交换体系又具有能耗小的优点。为此,本文研究了不变价态体系中二环己基-18-冠-6、环己基-15-冠-5对~(140)Ce/~(142)Ce的分离及二环己基-18-冠-6对~(235)U/~(238)U的分离。

       

      Abstract: The separation of isotopes, 235U(Ⅳ)/238U(Ⅳ)and 140Ce(Ⅲ)/142Ce(Ⅲ) with dicyclohexyl-l8-crown-6 and cyclohexyl-15-crown-5 in 1, 2-dichlo-roethane is studied. The single stage separation factors obtained are: α u(DC18C6)= 1 .0007±0. 0001, α ce(DC18C6)= 1 .00 11±0 .000 3 . α ce(CH15C5) = 1 .0008 ±0.0002.These results seem to indicate that for a chemical exchange system containing macrocyclic polyether in the organic phase ,relatively large isotope effect can be obtained even for isotopes of heavy elements such as lanthanides and actinides.
