ETERMINATIO OF URANIUM IN ng LEVEL BY DIFFERENTIAL PULSE STRIPPING VOLTAMMETRY——DIRECT MEASUREMENT OP URANIUM IN NATURE WATER

  • 摘要: 本文介绍毫微克级铀的微分脉冲溶出定量测定法。在pH~4的HAc-NaAc介质中,当铜铁试剂浓度为(3×10~(-3)-1×10~(-2))‰时,有一个清晰且有富集效果的铀峰,峰电位~-1.1V(相对于Ag/AgCl电极)。峰电流与铀浓度在0.05-6.6ng/ml之间有线性关系。测定下限为0.05ng/ml,方法的相对标准偏差为4%。此法可用于直接测定天然水中微量铀。
    Abstract: Differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV) has been developed to detect trace uranium.With supporting electrolyte HAc-NaAc (pH 4) and in the presence of cupferron (3×10-3-1×10-2‰) , a peak of uranium enriched on the hanging mercury drop electrode found (EF -1.1V vs.Ag/AgCl electrode) . The detection lim(?)t is 0.05ng/ml. The calibration curve is linear over the range 0.16-6.6ng/ml. Uranium in nature water has alo been measured directly in this work.
