~(99m)Tc-葡庚糖酸盐与特丁基异腈之间配体交换反应动力学的研究

    STUDIES ON THE KINETICS OF LIGAND EXCHANGE REACTION BETWEEN 99mTC-GLUCOHEPTONATE AND t-BUTYLISONITRILE

    • 摘要: ~(99m)Tc-特丁基异腈(~(99m)Tc-TBI)在诊断心肌梗塞和心肌缺血等心脏疾患方面,是一个有价值的新型心肌显象剂。而配体交换又是制备~(99m)Tc-TBI的重要方法。本文介绍了~(99m)Tc-葡庚糖酸盐(~(99m)Tc-GH)与特丁基异腈(TBI)之间的配体交换动力学,研究了介质pH值、TBI浓度、葡庚糖酸钙含量等对交换反应的影响。采用纸层析法测定了不同时间的交换率,计算了不同pH下的反应速度常数。结果表明,~(99m)Tc-GH与TBI之间的配体交换属二级交换反应,反应速度常数K明显受介质pH的影响。

       

      Abstract: The cationic complex 99mTc hexakis(t-butylisonitrile)-technetium (Ⅰ)99mTc TBI is a valuable myocardial imaging agent for myocardial ischemia and infarc tion.99mTc-TBI is prepared by ligand exchange reaction between 99mTc-GH and TBI.The ligand exchange reactions are studied at different pH values, time, TBI and calcium glucoheptonate concentrations. The exchange yield is determined by paper chromatography and reaction rate constants are calculated at different pH values.The results obtained show that the ligand exchange between 99mTc-GH and TBI is a second order reaction and the rate constant of the ligand exchange reaction depends on pH values.
