DETERMINATIONOFTRACEELEMENTSINCERAMICURANIUMDIOXIDEPELLETSPOWDERSCRMsBYICP┐AESLiuHushengLiJun(BeijingResearchInstituteofChemicalEngineringandMetalurgy,Beijing101149)ABSTRACTThe237-quaternaryammoniumextractionresinchromatographyisusedtoseparation6traceelementsinceramicuraniumdioxidepeletspowders,whichareusedascertifiedrefer-encematerials(CRMs).Thesampleisdissolvedin6.5mol/LHNO3anduraniumisseparat-edbychromatographiccolumn.The6traceelementsAl,Ba,Co,Ta,TiandVcontainedintheelutriantaredeterminedusingICPdirectlyreadingspectrometer.Fora300mgsample,thelowestdeterminableconcentrationofimpuritiesinceramicUO2peletspowdersCRMsis(0.016—0.250)×10-6.Therelativestandarddeviationislessthan7.5%.TheproposedmethodprovidesexcelentandaccurateanalyticaldatafortheceramicUO2peletspowderssamples(CRMs).KeywordsICP-AES237-QuaternaryammoniumextractionresinCeramicUO2peletspowdersCRMsImpurityelements
