    Synthesis of 3,12-~3HProtopanaxadiol

    • 摘要: 根据原人参二醇在氯仿与水中的溶解度差异,用酸性重铬酸钾溶液与其氯仿溶液进行反应,制得原人参二醇氧化物,然后用新制的硼氚化钠氚化还原合成3,12-3H原人参二醇。所得产物经高效液相色谱纯化后,放射化学纯度大于98%,放射性比活度达738 GBq/mmol,各项指标能满足医、药学相关研究的要求。

       

      Abstract: According to the solubility difference of the protopanaxadiol between in chloroform and in water,acidic potassium dichromate solution is used to react with protopanaxadiol in chloroform,then the protopanaxadiol oxide is obtained.\ Protopanaxadiol is synthesized after reduction with the new-made sodium borotritide.The radiochemical purity of the product purified by HPLC is greater than 98%,and its specific activity is 738 GBq/mmol.The quality of the product could meet the demands of the relevant research on medicine or pharmacology.
