锝化学研究 Ⅺ.~(99)T~(cm)脑放射性药物异构体构效关系的研究

    • 摘要: 采用数理统计方法,对20种主要99Tcm脑显像剂异构体脑吸收的立体效应进行了分析,得到相应的结构参数及QSAR方程,讨论了已有的脑放射性药物异构体具有不同生物分布的原因。
