新型~(64)Cu丙酮醛双缩氨基硫脲类配体药物的研究

    • 摘要: 合成了3种新型丙酮醛双缩氨基硫脲类配体。用比活度约为370GBq/g64Cu作指示剂,探讨了标记配合物的反应条件,并用3个64Cu-丙酮醛双缩氨基硫脲类配合物进行了动物实验。体内分布结果表明:64Cu-PTSP具有较高的脑摄取和较好的滞留,脑/血摄取率比值较高,且随时间的延长而增加

       

      Abstract: INVESTIGATION OF SOME NOVEL LIGANDS OF PYRUVALDEHYDE BIS(THIOSEMICARBAZONE) AS PET RADIOPHARMACEUTICALSAuthor Liu Meng (Department of chemistry,Capital University of Medicial Sciences,Beijing 100054) Liu Zhenghao (Department of chemistry,Beijing Normal University,Beijing 100875) ABSTRACT Three novel ligands of pyruvaldehyde bis(thiosemicarbazone) have been synthesized.These ligands are labeled with 64Cu.The factors that affect labeling yield are also investigated.The biodistributions of three 64Cu ligand complexes in mice are determined.The higher brain uptake with a prolonged retention time is found in case of 64CuPTSP.The results suggested that 62CuPTSP may be used as a PET tracer for cerebral perfusion and it needs more research.
