含磷硫双功能团萃取剂的合成及其萃取性能的研究

    • 摘要: 合成了9种烷硫基烷基二烷基膦酸酯(R'O)_2P(O)(CH_2)_nSR″,研究了它们从盐酸和硝酸溶液中对几种软、硬酸金属离子的萃取及取代基对萃取性能的影响。结果表明,这类萃取剂对软酸和硬酸金属离子如Pd(Ⅱ)和U(Ⅵ)均有良好的萃取能力,而对交界酸金属离子如Rh(Ⅲ)、Cd(Ⅱ)等几乎不萃取。萃取剂分子中,烷撑基((CH_2)_n)中的碳原子数n是影响其萃取能力的主要因素,而取代基R'和R″的大小,对其萃取能力的影响较小。

       

      Abstract: SYNTHESIS OF BIFUNCTIONAL EXTRACTANTS CONTAINING PHOSPHORUS AND SULFUL AND STUDIES ON EXTRACTING PROPERTESCHEN WENJUN; ZHU LIN; YANG YUANYOU; TANG SHIXIANG; ZHANG GUANGYU(Department of Chemistry,Sichuan Uniuersity,Chengdu 610064) ABSTRACT The nine products of diakyl-N,N-alkylsu1fidonakyl phonates,(R'O)_2P(O)(CH_2)_n,SR″,have been synthesized and investigated on extractability for various hard and soft metal ions fromHCl and HNO_3 acid.The effect of substituting groups of extractant molecules are all studied. Theresults show that some soft and hard metal ions,e.g. Pd(Ⅱ)and U(Ⅵ) , could be extractedeffectively,but for borderline metal ions,e.g. Rh(Ⅲ),couldn't be extracted.The primary factordetermining the extractability of these extractants is the number of carbon ions in alkyl group—(CH_2)_n—,the substitution of R'and R″is only a less important factor.
