高放玻璃固化过程硫走向的实验室研究

    AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SULPHUR WHEREABOUTS IN HLW-VITRIFICATION PROCESS

    • 摘要: 本文研究含高浓SO_4~(2-)的模拟高放废液玻璃熔制过程中硫的分配和物料平衡。配方采用GC-12/9B。分析表明,产品玻璃中硫的含量为0.12-0.53wt%,和国内外高放玻璃,民用玻璃的研究结果一致。20—30%硫进入玻璃产品,17—80%硫进入尾气系统,、硫以SO_3形式驱出。消除黄相的机理是还原-分解硫酸根。还对玻璃产品组份进行了分析并与配入料作了比较。

       

      Abstract: A study of sulphur whereabouts in vitrification process of simulated HLW-hearing high SO42- ontent with GC-12/9B formulation is described in this paper. Analyses of sulphur distribution indicate that the sulphur content in glass products is 0.12-0.53 wt%. This is in good agreement with the results obtained by other authors 20-30% of sulphur in HLW go into glass, and 70-80% into off-gas in the form of SO3. The mechanism of eliminating yellow phase is reduction-decomposition of sulphate. The compositions of glass ro-ducts are analysed and compared with, original specimens.
