小型高灵敏全反射X荧光分析仪的研制

    • 摘要: 研制出一台由双激发源、双二次全反射光路、样品传输和真空系统、数据获取和分析系统组成的小型低功率高分析灵敏度的全反射X荧光分析仪。在Cu靶、Mo靶和W靶(L线系)X光管激发下,分析灵敏度依次为0.007ng、0.05ng和0.08ng,采用特殊的全反射光路后,在低功率运行条件下,同样能达到高的分析灵敏度,使体积小型化成为可能。两套激发源及相应的两套全反射光路的切换使用,对Z≥14的元素均可进行有效的分析。对装置特点、性能测试及在不同领域的应用进行了介绍和讨论。
