STUDY OF REMOVING Cs~+ BY ZINC FERROCYANIDEWang Shizhu;Jiang Changying(Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology, Tsinghua University, P.O.Box,1021,Beijing102201)Abstract: The Zinc ferrocyanide inorganic ion exchanger is synthesized and the static exchange capacity for Cs+ from a simutated acidic high level radioactive liguid waste(HLLW)is measured.The experimental results show that the static exchange capacity for lg dry exchanger is 0.9─1.0 mmol/g and 0.72 mmol/g for potassium titanium hexacyanoferrate by sol-gel method. The zinc ferrocyanide inoganic can be used for removing Cs~+ from HLLW.Keywords:Zinc ferrocyanide Cs+ HLLW Inorganic ion exchanger
