含铀煤燃烧过程中煤灰烧结现象的研究——Ⅰ.含铀煤灰的烧结及其对铀的包裹

摘要: 本文用中国不同地区的三种含铀煤矿样,在400—1100℃范围内进行燃烧试验。测定了煤灰的松装密度和煤灰中铀浸出率。结果表明,煤样在不同温度下燃烧后,煤灰发生了烧结,烧结时发生了煤灰对铀的包裹作用。燃烧温度越高,煤灰烧结越剧烈,对铀的包裹几率也越大,铀的浸出率降低也越厉害。烧结过程符合烧结作用理论的关系式,并得到了三种含铀煤样的烧结-包裹关系式。Abstract: In the range of 400- 1100℃ the combustion tests are carried out with three kinds of uraniferrous coal samples taken from different regions in China. The apparent densities and uranium extractions of ash products are determined. It has been proved that the ash products are sintered during burning; and the sintering process is in accordance with the formula of the Complex Sintering Action.During the sintering of ash the uranium is lock-up therein. As combustion temperature is increased, the sintering degree of ash is increased and more uranium is locked up, so that uranium extraction from ash obtained at higher ashing temperature is decreased. It has been found that the experimental formula between apparent density d which represents the sintering degree and uranium extraction 77 is as follows.For sample A,For sample B,For sample C,
