满江红鱼腥藻中氘的生物学同位素效应研究

    • 摘要: 用含重水0%、10%、30%、60%、90%的BG-11培养基培养满江红鱼腥藻(Anabaenaazollae)并测定不同生长时间的光合活性、呼吸活性、固氮酶活性以及生长曲线,同时测定了室温吸收光谱及低温荧光光谱,用扫描电镜观察了细胞形态的变化。实验结果表明,重水使指数生长期后延,显著抑制光合活性、呼吸活性和固氮酶活性;随着重水含量的增加,藻胆素和类胡萝卜素的相对含量逐渐降低,光系统Ⅰ与光系统Ⅱ的相对荧光强度F_(733)/F_(695)变小,光合作用光能分配趋向于光系统Ⅱ。根据净光合最大值和固氮酶最大值讨论了氘的同位素效应。

The change of cellular morphology is observed with scanning electron microscope,The results show that the addition of heavy water causes lagging of the exponential period of growth,and inhibits the activities of photosynthesis、respiration and ni trogenase markedly,Absorption spectrum shows that the ratio of phycobilin to carotenoid de creases with increasing percentage of heavy water. Low temperature fluorescence spectrum indi cates that the ratio of F733/F695 decreases and photo-energy is distributed to system Ⅱ more than to system Ⅰ.According to the maximum of net photosynthesis,the isotope effect is also dis cussed.Keywords: Anabaena azollae Photosynthesis Deuterium Isotope effect
