      Abstract: The application of fission track analysis to the determination of trace uranium in Beijing tap water is described by using Chaoyang No. 1 polycarbonate. The results show that uranium concentration of tap water is in the range of 1.3 to 8.8/μg U/1 with a relative standard deviation of 10%.
