双取代长链烷基酰胺的结构与萃取性能的研究 Ⅰ.N,N-二烷基十二酰胺从硝酸介质中萃取铀

    • 摘要: 合成了3种长直链烷基酰胺:N,N-二乙基十二酰胺、N,N-二丁基十二酰胺、N,N-二辛基十二酰胺。以煤油为稀释剂,研究了这3种酰胺从硝酸介质中萃取铀时,硝酸浓度、萃取剂浓度、水相盐析剂浓度以及温度对萃取分配比的影响。结合红外光谱,确定了萃合物的组成和结构,求得了反应的热力学焓变;并讨论了酰胺结构与萃取性能的关系。实验发现这3种酰胺具有较高的铀-钍分离系数。

       

      Abstract: STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE OF LONG CHAIN N,NDIALKYL ALKYL AMIDES AND THEIR EXTRACTION PERFORMANCE Ⅰ.EXTRACTION OF URANIUM(Ⅵ) FROM NITRIC ACID MEDIA WITH N,NDIALKYLDODECANAMIDESun Guoxin Li Yulan Bao Borong(Shanghai Institute of Nuclear Research,the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Shanghai 201800)Cui Yu(Department of Applied Chemistry,Shandong Institute of Building Materials,Jinan 250022)ABSTRACTThree long chain alkyl amides,N,Ndiethyldodecanamide,N,Ndibutyldodecanamide and N,Ndioctyldodecanamide,are synthesized.The extraction of U(Ⅵ) from nitric acid media with all three amides diluted with kerosene is investigated respectively.The study of the dependence of extraction on the nitric acid and extractant concentrations,salt concentration in aqueous phase and the temperature are conducted.Making use of the IR spectra,the structure of the extracted species is determined.The enthalpy,ΔH,of extraction reaction is obtained and the structural effect of the amides on the extraction behavior is discussed by means of the suggested molecular modeling of the extracted species,High U(Ⅵ)Th(Ⅳ) separation factor is found with these monoamides.Key words N,Ndialkyldodecanamide U(Ⅵ) Kerosene Extraction
