TRPO萃取Tc(Ⅶ)的工艺研究

    • 摘要: 研究了高放废液中主要金属离子对TRPO萃取Tc(Ⅶ)的影响。建立了硝酸介质中30%TRPO-煤油萃取Tc(Ⅶ)的分配比模型。研究了30%TRPO-煤油负载有机相中Tc(Ⅶ)的反萃行为,给出了反萃Tc(Ⅶ)的条件。与用5—6mol/LHNO3反萃Tc(Ⅶ)相比,用去离子水、≤0.1g/L(NH4)2CO3和≤1g/LNO2CO3可以更有效地反萃Tc(Ⅶ)。

       

      Abstract: STUDY ON THE EXTRACTION BEHAVIOR OF TECHNETIUM WITH RESPECT TO THE TRPO PROCESSFeng Xiaogui Song Chongli Liang Junfu Jiao Rongzhou(Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology, Tsinghua University ,P.O.Box 1021,Beijing 102201)ABSTRACTThe effects of Na+,Ni2+,Al3+,Fe3+ and Nd3+ concentrations on the extraction of Tc(Ⅶ) are studied respectively. An empirical equation is derived for distribution ratios of Tc(Ⅶ) in simulated high level liquid waste among the investigated range. The stripping behavior of technetium in 30%TRPOkerosene solution is studied and stripping parameters are given. Technetium can be more efficiently stripped by deionized water,≤0.1g/L (NH4)2CO3 and ≤1g/L Na2 CO3 than by 5-6 mol/L HNO3Key words TRPO Extraction Technetium
