Abstract: PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATIONOF COORDINATION COMPOUNDS OF THORIUM ()AND URANYL WITH SALICYLIDENE ANTHRANILIC ACIDAuthor Fan YuhuaBi Caifeng (Department of Applied Chemistry,Shandong Institute of Building Materials,Ji'nan 250022) ABSTRACT Two new solid coordination compounds of thorium nitrate and uranyl nitrate with Schiff base salicylidene anthranilic acid (H2L) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,DTATG,IR,UV,molar conductance and Xray diffraction analysis.The compositions of the coordination compounds NO3 and are confirmed.Some properties of the coordination compounds are studied.
