从Purex流程中放废液中回收和纯化镎、钚、铀的研究

    STUDY ON THE RECOVERY AND PURIFICATION OF Np, U, Pu FROM PUREX MEDIUM-LEVEL LIQUID WASTES.

    • 摘要: <正> 本文报道了用逆流萃取申级实验方法研究Purex过程2A槽镎走向控制及从中放废液(2AW和2DW)中定量回收和纯化镎、铀、钚的萃取工艺条件的实验结果。 在Purex流程钚线第二萃取循环2A槽现行工艺条件下,有30%左右的镎随钚进入2AP有机相中。为达到控制大部分镎进入2AW废液中之目的,采用在其洗涤段加入一定量NaNO_2的方法(0.05-0.08M),可将2AF料液中92-95%的镎赶入2AW废液中。

       

      Abstract: To control the path of Np in 2A contactor when using NaNO2, well-defined con ditions for recovery and purification of U, Pu and Np from Purex medium-level liquid wastes (2AW and 2DW) are proposed. The experimental results show that 92-95 % of the Np in 2AF can be transfered in to 2AW and the recovery of Np in 2AW stream for Np and Pu is over 99% and U over 99.99%. In the 2N stripping contactor recovery of Np is 99.5-99.9%. Separation factor of Np from U (i. e. SFU) is 1.4×104-1.6×104, and SFpw, 1.5-13.
