1-苯基-3-甲基-4-氰硫基-5-吡唑酮的合成及其对镅和铕的萃取研究

    Synthesis of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-thiocyanato-5- pyrazolone and Extraction of Trivalent Americium and Europium

    • 摘要: 合成了1 苯基 3 甲基 4 氰硫基 5 吡唑酮(PMTCP),研究了该试剂单独萃取及其与2,2' 联吡啶协同萃取镅和铕的行为。实验结果表明,该试剂单独萃取镅和铕的能力都比较低,但优先萃取镅;含氮协萃剂2,2′ 联吡啶的加入可以明显提高镅的萃取率,并将镅和铕的分离因数α(Am/Eu)由PMTCP单独萃取时的2 6提高到4 0。

       

      Abstract: 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-thiocyanato-5-pyrazolone(PMTCP) is synthesized and used as an extractant for the separation of trivalent americium and europium. The results show a low extraction yield for both Am and Eu within the pH range 4.80 to 5.10 in the system 0.04 mol/L NH_4AC-0.1 mol/kg NaClO_4-12.38 mmol/L PMTCP/CHCl_3, at (25±1) ℃.But this system demonstrates a preference for Am with a separation factor of 2.6. When 2,2′-bipy is added as a co-extractant, the extraction yield is greatly improved while the separation factor for Am and Eu reaches 4.0.
