吡啶酰胺的合成及萃取U(Ⅵ)的性能研究

    Synthesis of Picolinamide and its Extraction Performance for Uranium(Ⅵ)

    • 摘要: 合成了一种新型酰胺类螯合剂,用IR,1HNMR及气相色谱 质谱等方法对其结构进行了表征。研究了以二氯乙烷为溶剂时,该萃取剂在硝酸介质中对铀(Ⅵ)的萃取行为,考察了稀释剂、萃取剂浓度、酸度、温度及盐析剂离子强度对萃取分配比的影响。同时对萃合物的化学组成及萃取机理进行了分析和讨论。研究结果表明,吡啶酰胺对铀(Ⅵ)的萃取属中性配合萃取,形成1∶1的配合物,在萃取过程中没有形成三相。

       

      Abstract: A novel chelating extractant,1-(2-pyridyl)-1-pyrrolidyl-1-methanone,is synthesized from picolinic acid and pyrrolidine and identified by IR, ~1 H MNR and GC-MS. The influence of various factors on the extraction of U(Ⅵ) from aqueous nitric acid solutions with this picolinamide (L) is studied,including diluent,extractant concentration, acidity of aqueous phase,ionic strength of salting-out agent and temperature. The extracted species is deduced to be UO_2(NO_3)_2·L from the experimental results. No emulsification or third-phase formation is observed.
