全氘代低密度微孔聚苯乙烯泡沫的制备
Fabrication of Low-density Porous Perdeuterated Polystyrene Foams

摘要: 采用聚合物溶液的热致相分离和冷冻干燥技术,制备了具有开放网络状孔洞结构的全氘代低密度、微孔聚苯乙烯泡沫。该全氘代聚苯乙烯泡沫密度为0.02~0.2 g/cm3,对应的平均孔径为10~0.2μm,氘代率大于98%。泡沫形貌结构的分析结果表明,泡沫结构取决于氘代聚苯乙烯溶液的相分离过程。Abstract: In this paper,the low density porous perduterated polystyrene foams with open-network structure,density of 0.02~0.2 g/cm~3,corresponding cell sizes of 10~0.2 μm,and the deuterated ratio above 98% have been fabricated by the thermally-induced phase separation(TIPS) technique and the freeze-drying technique.The experiments show that the morphologies of these foams are determined by the thermodynamics and kinetics of phase separation.
