    • 摘要: 将氧化铝毛细柱与氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)联用,研究了羟胺衍生物辐射降解产物中气态烃类的气相色谱分析方法。通过对柱温采用二阶程序升温,使各类烃得到了有效分离,并找到了最佳气相色谱分析条件:FID温度:250℃;柱温:第一阶:初温40℃,初温保持时间9min,升温速率6℃/min,终温88℃,终温保持时间1min;第二阶:初温88℃,初温保持时间1min,升温速率3℃/min,终温200℃,终温保持时间1min。

       

      Abstract: This paper reports the gas chromatographic analysis of gas hydrocarbons possibly produced by the radiation degradation of N,N-dimethylhydroxylamine and N,N-diethylhydroxylamine, porous layer open tubular column coated with aluminum oxide and flame-ionization detector are used. The best gas chromatographic analysis condition is as follow: column temperature: two steps programmed temperature: first step: initial temperature: 40 ℃, initial isothermal period: 9 min, programmed heating rate: 6 ℃/min, final temperature: 88 ℃, final isothermal period: 1 min; second step: initial temperature: 88 ℃, initial isothermal period: 1 min, programmed heating rate: 3 ℃/min, final temperature: 200 ℃, final isothermal period: 1 min; detector temperature: 250 ℃.
