~(99)Tc~m-脑显像剂的电子结构和滞留机制的研究

    • 摘要: 采用电荷自洽离散变分Xa方法(SCC-DV-Xa)对8个锝配合物进行了计算,并根据计算结果对脑滞留机制进行了讨论。结果表明,LUMO能级越高,它们在脑内的滞留效果越好。此外锝氮键越弱,该配合物越不稳定,它们在脑内的滞留也越好

       

      Abstract: STUDIES ON THE ELECTRONIC STRUCTURES ANDRETENTION MECHANISM of99TcmBRAIN IMAGING AGENTAuthor Zhang HuabeiLiu Boli (Department of chemistry, Beijing Normal University,Beijing 100875) ABSTRACT The electronic structures of99Tcmcomplexes are calculated by SCCDVXa method,and the retention mechanism is discussed. The results indicate the retention of 99Tcmcomplexes in the brain is dependent on their LUMO energy levels and instability. The higher their LUMO energy levels are,the better their retention in the brain is.And the weakening of the bond between Tc and the nitrogen atom of dioxime causes them more unstable, this might also lead to the better retention in the brain.
