能量色散X射线荧光直接测定含钚工艺溶液中的铀

    DIRECT DETERMINATION OF URANIUM IN TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION CONTAINING PLUTONIUM BY ENERGY DISPERSIVE X-RAY FLUORESCENCE

    • 摘要: 本工作建立了一种测定含钚工艺溶液中小量铀的X射线荧光分析法,综合应用了选择激发、选择吸收和散射内标等方法,使用钼靶管X射线源和Si(Li)探测装置,只需测出试样的UL_σ和MoK_σ的强度比,就可准确测定其含铀量。试样中钚、铁、硝酸和裂片元素含量的变化和光源强度的波动等对测铀的影响都很小。测量时间为10分钟,含铀量在0—200mg/1范围内,方法的标准偏差为≤±3mgU/1,探测下限为8mgU/1。

       

      Abstract: A method for the determination of small amount of uranium in technological solution containing plutonium by X-ray fluorescence analysis is presented featuring selective excitation, selective absorption and the use of scattered radiation as internal standard. An X-ray tube source with a. molybdenum anode and a Si (Li) detector are used. By measuring the ratio of ULa X-ray to the scattered MoKa X-ray in the sample, the concentration of uranium is obtained accurately. Variations of concentration of Pu, Fe, HNO3, F. P. and instability of X-ray source have only minor influence on the determination of uranium. The measuring time is 10 min and the method can be used for analysis of samples containing 0-200 mg/1 of uranium with a standard deviation of≤±3 mg with 8 mg/1 as the lowest limit of detection.
