金属催化剂催化川芎嗪氢-氚同位素交换反应动力学的研究

摘要: <正> 一、引言 川芎嗪是从中药川芎内提取、分离得到的一种生物碱,它具有溶血活性和明显的强心作用,已引起国内外的重视。我们以川芎嗪为底物,用氚气作氚化试剂,钯、铂和三氯化铑为催化剂,在相同条件下,进行了催化氢-氚同位素交换反应,制备了不同比度的~3H-川芎嗪。实验表明,上述催化剂均有很高的催化活性,其催化顺序为:PdAbstract: The kinetics of hydrogen-tritium isotope exchange reaction in the presence of metallic catalysts is studied theoretically by SCF-MO CNDO/2 method.
