生物样品中铅在不同干燥和灰化过程中的损失研究

摘要: <正> 前言 生物样品中微量元素分析往往需预先经过干燥和灰化处理。了解在干燥和灰化过程中生物材料中微量元素的损失,对于选择正确的干燥和灰化方法,得到准确的分析结果是至关重要的。Abstract: The loss of lead in various kinds of biological materials after drying and ashing was investigated using 203PbCl2 incorporated into the materials concerned through incubation with intraveneous injection of the tracer.Experimental results show that although oven ashing could be used for analysing the lead in lung,kidney and liver etc., oxygen plasma ashing and high pressure digestion are the most suitable methods for the determination of Pb in biological materials.
