~(188)W-~(188)Re发生器的研制

    • 摘要: 以酸性氧化铝为吸附剂,制备了一个118MBq的188W-188Re发生器,并对发生器性能进行了为期4个月的检测。结果表明,188Re的淋洗产额在80%—90%之间,188W的穿透率约为1.0×10-4%。由于采用了较大高径比的交换柱,使188Re的放射性比活度较高,能满足用于放射免疫治疗研究的抗肿瘤单克隆抗体标记的要求。

       

      Abstract: DEVELOPMENT OF 188W188Re GENERATORSheng Rong Li Wenxin Zhu Minghua He Weiyu Yin Duan Zhi Hu Weiqing (Shanghai Institute of Nuclear Research,the Chinese Academy of Science,P.O.Box 800-204,Shanghai 201800)ABSTRACTAn alumina based 188W188Re generator,containing 188 MBq (3.2 mCi) 188W,has been prepared.Performance of the generator has been evaluated for four months.The results indicated that the 188Re yields of elution with physiological saline decreased from approximately 90% to around 80% and the breakthrough of the parent 188W is about 1×10-4%.Due to the higher ratio of height to diameter of the chromatographic column employed in the work,higher specific acitivity of the 188Re from the generator can meet the requirements of labeling monoclonal antibodies for radioimmunotherapy.Key words 188W188Re generator Carrierfree 188Re Elution yield Breakthrough
