含铀煤燃烧过程中煤灰烧结现象的研究——Ⅱ、烧结-包裹关系式中常数项a,b与灰中铀的包裹物可溶性的关系

    • 摘要: 本文用一种煤灰在不同的浸出条件下浸出,证明浸出条件强化时,铀浸出率提高,烧结-包裹关系式中a,b值减小。在煤样中加入不同量CaO后,进行燃烧,浸出试验结果表明,随着灰中CaO含量增加,铀浸出率升高,a,6值均减小。由此可见,烧结-包裹关系式η=(d/ad-6)×10~2%中的a,b值是与煤灰中铀的包裹物在浸出条件下可溶性有关的常数项。

       

      Abstract: For obtaining ash samples with different contents of CaO, various quantities of CaO are added in the raw uraniferrous lignite, the mixtures are burned and the ashes are leached in the same conditions. The test results show that the variance of degrees of sintering does not depend on CaO contents in ash; however, the uranium extraction is increased as CaO contents are increased in ash.Since CaO content in the ash is increased, the ash tends to be more basic and can be easily attacked by acid, i.e. the uranium lock-up in ash can be easily released to the advantage of uranium extraction. The data from tests also indicate that the constants a and b in the formula η=(d/ad -b) ×100% are decreased with increase of CaO content in ash. In addition, if leaching conditionsare intensified,a,b will also be decreased. Thus it can be seen that a and b are in close relation to the solubility of the ash itself.
