放射性药物面临的机遇与挑战

    Opportunities and Challenges for Radiopharmaceuticals

    • 摘要: 概述了放射性药物在神经系统、心血管、肿瘤、乏氧组织、基因显像等方面的应用前景,并提出今后可能的发展方向:基于计算机的放射性药物设计;利用组合化学、噬菌体展示技术筛选先导化合物;通过化学修饰提高放射性药物的性能;大力发展PET药物,新的放射性标记技术;开展Tc和Re化学研究;积极开展诊断/治疗用放射性核素的研发等等。

       

      Abstract: Applications of radiopharmaceuticals in the nervous system, cardiovascular, tumor, hypoxia, and gene imaging are described, and the new research aspects may be provided in the coming years:computer-aided design of radiopharmaceuticals;screening the lead compound by combination chemistry and phage display;chemical modification of existing radio-
      pharmaceuticals;developing the PET tracer, the new radiolabeling technique;chemistry of Tc and Re;development of the new radionuclide for diagnosis or therapy, etc.
