~(212)Pb、~(212)Bi标记金属硫蛋白

    • 摘要: 研究了用212Pb、212Bi和212Pb-212Bi平衡混合物分别标记金属硫蛋白Cd-MT2及这些标记物在SephadexG-100柱上的淋洗行为和衰变趋向。实验结果表明,在生理pH条件下,Cd-MT2首先与212Bi结合,其标记率接近100%。

       

      Abstract: RADIOLABELING OF METALLOTHIONEINWITH 212Pb AND 212BiMa Taotao Niu Fang Su Dengui(Institute of Modern Physics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Lanzhou 730000)ABSTRACTRadiolabeling of CdMT2 is studied with 212Pb,212Bi and 212Pb212Bi mixture in transient equilibrium respectively. The separation of these labeled compounds on a Sephadex G100 column are completed,and their elution positions and decay trends are studied. Experimental results show that212Bi labeled CdMT2 is the primary product under biophysical pH condition and labeling efficiency of 212Bi is about 100%(>94% CdMT2 conjugated~100%212Bi).Keywords 212Pb 212Bi Metallothionein Radiolabeling
