Abstract: It is very important for nuclear and radiochemistry in the scientific research of national defense. It’s focus on the field of radioanalytical chemistry, tritium chemistry and technology, radiation chemistry and surface chemistry of nuclear materials. The progress on the above field in the scientific research of China Academy of Engineering Physics（CAEP） have been reviewed. Some suggestions for further study also have been proposed.
