Abstract:
In this paper, the sorption behavior of Am on granite and its rock-forming minerals in Beishan groundwater under the aerobic and anoxic conditions was studied by batch experiment. The equilibrium time was determined firstly and effects of some factors such as concentration of Am, pH value of aqueous and the presence of humic acid were investigated, and sorption mechanism was discussed simply. The results of the experiment show that granite has great adsorptive capacity of Am, and pyrite plays an important part in the sorption behavior.
