聚砜中空纤维膜去除气流中的CO2、H2O和O2

    Simultaneously Removal of CO2, H2O and O2 With Polysulfone Hollow Fiber Membrane From Gas Stream

    • 摘要: 在环境温度24℃,用空压机提供气源,通过改变压力和流速等操作条件,用自建实验装置进行了聚砜膜去除空气气流中CO2、H2O和O2的实验研究。监测分析原料气、产品气和渗透气中各组分的浓度,计算各种气体的脱除率、传质系数和渗透系数等,评估了聚砜膜对这些组分的分离性能。实验结果表明,当压力超过320 kPa时,对应原料气流速大于2m3/h,CO2、H2O和O2的去除率均超过95%,说明聚砜膜对气流中3种组分有明显的去除效果。

       

      Abstract: The separation experiment of CO2, H2O and O2 with polysulfone hollow fiber membrane has been performed by varying the pressure and flow rate with a newly set-up experimental platform at 24℃. The inlet gas for membrane is from atmosphere compressed by compressor. After monitoring the concentrations of the feed gas, product gas and permeation gas by adjusting the pressure and flow rate in the gas stream, the parameters, including rejection ratio, mass transfer coefficient and permeability coefficient, are calculated to evaluate the separation performance of the membrane. The experimental results show that this kind of polysulfone membrane can manifestly remove these three components and has a good effect. The rejection ratio and feed gas flow rate are both more than 95% and 2 m3/h under the pressure of 320 kPa with these experimental circumstances, respectively.
