光纤光度计测定铀及铀铌合金中氮含量

    Determination of Nitrogen in Uranium and Uranium-Niobium Alloy by Optical Fiber Spectrophotometer

    • 摘要: 以光纤光度计为检测仪,百里酚为显色剂,用分光光度法测定了铀及铀铌合金中的氮含量。在次氯酸钠溶液中w(Cl)=0.1%~0.14%的条件下,氨与酚形成的络合物最大吸收波长为660nm,方法检测限为20μg/g,测量相对标准偏差小于15%,方法回收率为88%~106%。经比对,该法测定结果与传统分光光度法基本一致。

       

      Abstract: By optical fiber photospectrometer, trace nitrogen in uranium and uranium-niobium alloy was determined with thymol as a chromogenic reagent. In the presence of sodium hypochlorite solution whose effective chlorine content was 0.1%-0.14%, ammonia was reacted with thymol to form a blue indophenol compound with maximum adsorption wavelength at 660nm. The determination limit of this method is 20μg/g. The relative standard deviation is less than 15%. The recovery is 88%-106%. These results are consistent well with that obtained with a traditional spectrophotometer.
