Application of Sr Specific Resin on Enrichment, Separation and Determination of ⁹⁰Sr in Environmental Water

The influence of parameters (acidity, flow rate and amount) of cationic resin elution, Sr resin leaching and elution were optimized by ortho-experiment. Combined with the enrichment of cationic resin, the separation of Sr specific resin and the measurement of α/β instrument, a rapid analysis method of ⁹⁰Sr was established in environmental water. The chemical recoveries are over 95% when the method was used to actual water, indicating that this method is simple, short and efficiency, can provide stable chemical recovery, is suitable for enrichment and separation of ⁹⁰Sr in environmental water. When the Sr specific resin column was used in environmental water after 10 times, the chemical recovery rate of Sr is still higher than 90%. The resin has high stability.
