STUDY OF U(Ⅵ)-U(Ⅳ) REDOX DISPLACEMENT CHROMATOGRAPHY (Ⅱ)TOTAL REFLUX AND CATIONIC EXCHANGE EQUILIBRIUM.

    • A method of analysing total reflux state to study multicomponent equilibria problem associated with U(Ⅵ)-U(Ⅳ) redox displacement chromatography is suggested. The theoretical foundation of this method is that every counter ion must be in total reflux state in a special fashion in steady U-band. Behaviors of total reflux for 5 sorts of counter ions U(Ⅵ), U(Ⅳ), Ti(Ⅳ), Fe(Ⅱ) and H+, for the cationic bed-Ti(Ⅲ)-FeCl3-HCl system are analysed and five exchange equilibrium equations referred to every species are derived.
