BINARY AND TERNARY ION EXCHANGE EQUILIBRIA Ⅰ. UO2 2+-H+, UO2 2+-Na+AND Na+-H+ BINARY CATION EXCHANGE EQUILIBRIA

    • Experimental data are reported for the ion exchange equilibria of the binary systems UO2 2+-H+, UO2 2+-Na+, and Na+-H+ on a strong acid cation exchange resin at 25℃. These systems exhibit nonideal characteristics in both phases. The dependence of ln/Kc(corrected selectivity coefficient) on Xi(equivalent fraction in resin phase) is fitted to a polynomial equation of the formln; Kc=a+bXi+eX2 iand from these the rational equilibrium constants and the activity coefficients in resin phase are obtained.
