SYNTHESIS OF DEOXYADENOSINE-5′-MONOPHOSPHATE FROM ITS CONSTITUENTS BY LOW ENERGY N~+ IMPLANTING INTO AQUEOUS SOLUTION

    • A new apparatus is designed to induce chemical reactions by introducing low energy ions into aqueous solution. Low energy N + is implanted into aqueous solution containing adenine, D 2 deoxy ribose and NH 4H 2PO 4. It is confirmed that 5′ dAMP is detected by HPLC analysis and 1H HMR spectrum. The relation between irradiation time and yield of 5′ dAMP has been obtained. Mechanism of the production of 5′ dAMP is also discussed.
