Abstract

Acetate GlyPhe (HGP) is indirectly labeled with 18F.The effcts of pH,reaction time,HGP concentration and the amount of catalyst HOBT on labeling yields are studied.The optimum conditions are∶pH=9.2,HGP concentration is 1 mg/mL, reaction time is 5 min at room temperature, under which the labeling yield is obtained to be 90%.
