Abstract

The catalytic gas liquid isotope exchange reaction is a good method to prepare tritiated triptolid. The optimum reaction time and solvent are selected to the reaction system and the paper chromatography is used to separate and purify the product. The specific activity and radiochemical purity of the final product obtained are 0.61 TBq/g and 98%, respectively.
