    SEPARATION OF ~111 In FROM IRRADIATED CADMIUM TARGET

    • High purity 111 In is obtained by reversed phase partition chromatography from an irradiated cadmium target with HDEHP extractive eluting resin. The yield of 111 In is over 98 %. Overall content of Cd,Ni,Cu and traces of extraneous metal ions is less than 0.5 μg in 37 MBq 111 In.
