    STUDY ON THE BIFUNCTIONAL CHELATE AGENTS IN ~(90)Y LABELED ANTIBODY --COMPARSION OF 1-( p- ISOTHIOCYANATO-BENZYL) DTPA AND CYCLIC DTPA ANHYDRIOE

    • Two bifunctional chelate agents 1-( p -isothiocyanato-benzyl) DTPA (SCN-Bz-DTPA) and cyclic DTPA anhydride (CDTPA) are synthesized and conjugated with antibody, subsequently labeled with 90Y (Ac)3. There are differences in two chelants conjuated with antibodies and the radiochemical stability of the preparation in Vitro. The results show that SCN-Bz- DTPA is superior to CDTP A.
